Ivan Kurtusic played for the youth national team of Serbia, and as a professional in Malta, France, North Macedonia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Hong Kong. He worked as arsenal instructor in China, and led the hong kong champion with whom he reached the semi-finals of the national cup and qualification for the Asian Champions League, with the recognition of coach of the year.
